I will try to send you the CD as cheaply and efficiently as possible. The cost and time of shipping will vary depending on where it is being shipped to so please be aware of this before ordering. If you would like to have the package insured or tracked then let me know but be aware that this will probably cost you extra.
- Return Policy
The CD's are manufactured by my self (Rick Woodall) to my own personal standards. If you are not happy with the quality CD (though I'm confident you will be) and I believe the CD to meet my standards then unfortunately I will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds.
If there's a fault with the CD (not properly burned or art work isn't properly printed) then let me know, send it back to me as cheaply as possible and I'll send you another one and reimburse your return postage costs.
If the post man has damaged or lost it and you've paid for insured postage, then go through all relevant procedures with the postage company. If you haven't paid for insured postage then feel free to get in touch with me and I'll try to sort something out.
